What It Means

For Advanced Users

The description calls this an "Advanced" mat. This means it's probably thicker or has a different texture than a beginner mat. If you're just starting out, you might find it overkill. But if you've been doing yoga for a while and are getting into more complex poses or need more stability, this is likely what you're looking for.

Can Handle Weightlifting

This mat is listed for "Weightlifting." That's unusual for a yoga mat. It suggests it's durable and has enough grip or cushioning to support you during exercises that involve weights. If you do yoga and then hit the weights, this mat is supposed to be able to handle both without you needing to switch equipment.

Care and Usage

Yoga mats can get dirty. Wipe it down with a damp cloth after use, especially if you're sweating. Let it air dry completely before rolling it up to prevent mildew. Keep it out of direct sunlight for long periods, as it can degrade the material.
