Gaiam Elite Yoga Mat

What's Different

This Gaiam Elite mat is supposed to be a step up from the cheap, flimsy ones. They call it "Elite" and target "Professionals," which suggests it can handle more than just gentle stretching. It's built for both yoga and CrossFit, meaning it's supposed to take a beating. If you're actually doing intense workouts and not just messing around, this might be the mat you need.

What It Means for You

The CrossFit mention means this mat should be pretty tough. You also get a workout guide thrown in for free, which is a bonus if you need ideas. The mat comes in gray and red, which is just how it looks. It's a mat that's supposed to last.

Care and Use

Mats get sweaty. Wipe this one down after you use it, especially after a hot yoga class or a tough CrossFit session. A damp cloth with a little mild soap should do the trick. Let it dry completely before rolling it up to keep mildew from growing.
