LEGO Speed Champions F1

So, this is the LEGO Speed Champions F1. It's got 1061 pieces. That's a lot of little plastic bits, meaning you're not going to slap this together in an afternoon. If you like the process of building something detailed, this will keep you occupied for a while. When you're done, you get a Formula 1 car model. It’s made of ABS plastic, which is just standard LEGO stuff. You know what you're getting there.

The "All ages" thing on the box is a bit of a stretch. Yeah, technically anyone can play with LEGOs, but with over a thousand pieces, this is definitely aimed at older kids or adults who like building. Little ones will just chew on the bricks. It's sold by Hobby Corner, so if you have issues, that's who you're dealing with.

What to Expect

• 1061 Pieces: This is the main thing. It's a substantial build. Don't expect it to be quick. You'll be sorting, connecting, and probably looking for dropped pieces. The end result should be a pretty detailed F1 car, though.
• ABS Plastic: It's LEGO. The bricks click together like they always do. They're not going to fall apart unless you're really rough with it.
• ASTM F963 Safety Rating: This just means it meets some basic safety rules for toys sold in the US. It's not going to spontaneously combust or anything.

Usage Notes

Keep the tiny pieces away from toddlers. Seriously. They're a choking hazard. Once it's built, it's a display piece or something to race around the floor. Your call.
