What It Means for You

The Apple M4 Pro processor and NVIDIA RTX 4080 GPU are on the spec sheet. That's a lot of power for a laptop that's supposed to be "Air." You get 8GB of DDR5 RAM, which is standard for basic tasks. The 512GB SSD means you won't be constantly deleting files, at least not right away.

The screen is listed as 15.6 inches with Mini-LED. This is bigger than you'd expect for an "Air" model. Mini-LED usually means better contrast and brightness compared to older LCDs. The 60Hz refresh rate is what you get on most standard displays; don't expect super-smooth scrolling for high-end gaming.

You have Ethernet and HDMI 2.1 ports, which is good. Thunderbolt 4 is there too, for faster data transfer and connecting external displays. Having Ethernet built-in means you don't need an adapter for a wired connection, which is convenient.

Notes on Use

This machine is listed as Black and Blue. Make sure you pick the color you want. The weight is 2kg, so keep that in mind when packing your bag.
